Characteristics and Applications
This is a pure copper stranded welding wire containing trace amounts of Sn (tin). Red copper offers excellent fluidity, electrical conductivity, and thermal conductivity. It is mainly used for welding red copper components such as T1 and T2 grades, as well as for welding red copper to stainless steel.
This material can be widely applied in the power, steel, chemical, automotive, and other industries.
Precautions
Suitable for welding processes including MIG, TIG, and plasma welding, with DC reverse polarity. The shielding gas shall be 100% Ar.
Oil stains, moisture, oxide films, and other contaminants on the welding area must be thoroughly removed.
3. A well-designed windproof shield shall be provided at the welding site to prevent degradation of the shielding gas effect.
The ambient humidity during welding should generally not exceed 70%.
