Product Introduction
Properties and Applications
This series of welding wires for wear-resistant surfacing contains an appropriate amount of alloying elements such as Mo, W, and V, which significantly improve the high-temperature strength and hardness of the surfacing layer. The wires feature excellent wear resistance, crack resistance, and good resistance to temper softening. The Rockwell hardness of the surfacing layer generally ranges from 45 to 65 HRC. They are widely applicable for the surfacing and repair of components such as rollers, rolls, and dies.

Precautions
1. Suitable for welding processes including MIG, MAG, TIG, or plasma arc welding. The shielding gas shall be 100% Ar or argon-rich mixed gas.
2.Oil stains, moisture, oxide films and other contaminants on the welding area must be thoroughly removed.
3.A good wind shielding shall be provided at the welding site to prevent the dispersion of shielding gas which may cause welding defects.
4.The humidity of the welding environment should generally not exceed 70%.
5.The preheating or interpass temperature shall generally be controlled between 100–300℃.
