Characteristics and Applications
This is a low-manganese aluminum bronze stranded welding wire, containing appropriate amounts of Mn, Fe, and Ni elements. It exhibits excellent seawater corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is suitable for the joining welding of copper-aluminum-nickel materials, as well as steel and copper-aluminum alloys. It is also applicable for the surfacing of corrosion-resistant aluminum-copper or special brass pipes.
This welding wire can be widely used in machinery manufacturing, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, and other industries.
Precautions
1. Suitable for welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and plasma welding, with DC reverse polarity. The shielding gas shall be 100% Ar.
2.Oil stains, moisture, oxide films, and other contaminants on the welding area must be thoroughly removed.
3.A well-designed windproof shield shall be provided at the welding site to prevent degradation of the shielding gas effect.
4.The ambient humidity during welding should generally not exceed 70%.
