Characteristics and Applications
TP-H10Mn2 (matched with flux SJ101) is a submerged arc welding wire for high-strength steel of ≥490 MPa grade. It features low welding consumption ratio, excellent porosity resistance and good slag detachability, with smooth and flat weld beads and superior operability. High deposition efficiency and low-temperature impact toughness can be achieved. It is suitable for multi-layer welding, and demonstrates particularly good operability when a single power source is applied. This product is widely used in shipbuilding and repairing, marine engineering, pressure vessels, petroleum pipelines, steel structures and other fields.
Notes
1.The flux shall be baked at 350℃ for 1 hour before use. Keep it dry to prevent the occurrence of porosity.
2.High wire feed speed welding is applicable.
3.When reusing the flux, mix it with an appropriate amount of new flux to ensure good welding quality.
