Surfacing for Boilers
Boilers such as gasifiers, waste incinerators, scrap-fired furnaces, oil-fired boilers and metallurgical furnaces are subject to chemical corrosion, high-temperature corrosion and abrasion due to their harsh service environments, which may further lead to tube bursting or boiler shutdown accidents. Surfacing the key parts of these boilers with nickel-based alloys (such as SNi6625 and SNi6022) can significantly mitigate such corrosion and abrasion damage, and notably extend the service life of various types of boilers.
