Product Introduction
Surfacing for Nuclear Power Equipment
Given the harsh service conditions of nuclear power equipment such as high temperature, high pressure, strong corrosion and intense radiation, extremely stringent performance requirements are imposed on the matching welding materials. Key nuclear power plant equipment including reactor pressure vessels, steam generators, pressurizers, heat exchangers and heaters all require high-quality nickel-based alloy materials for surfacing protection. A typical welding material is ERNiCrFe-7/7A, which is mostly used for internal wall surfacing of critical nuclear island equipment.
