Product Introduction
Surfacing for Pressure Vessels
Pressure vessels are mainly operated under harsh service conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, corrosion and radiation. Thus, nickel-based alloy welding materials with excellent properties including heat resistance, corrosion resistance and radiation resistance are required for surfacing protection of their key components.
Commonly used nickel-based alloy welding materials for pressure vessels (such as SNi6625 and SNi6054) feature stable welding process, no weld defects like blowholes, uniform weld beads, good forming quality, as well as excellent and consistent performance.
